By downloading, installing, or using Stillfall ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stillfall is a minimalist pressure strategy game for iPadOS. Players navigate across a board by swiping their piece toward a goal while managing pressure buildup. The App offers three difficulty levels (Kids, Calm, Silent+) and supports 1–2 player local gameplay.

3. Use by Children

The App includes a Kids difficulty mode. If the App is used by a child, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Use on the child's behalf. Parental supervision is recommended.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal entertainment application. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, audio, and code within the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Stillfall does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All game data is stored locally on your device. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
